We made this recipie when we went to visit mom and Larry up in WI. He made these
waffles and they were so fluffy and good we wanted to bring the recipie home.

Ingredients
1 ¾ cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
1 ¾ cup whole milk
½ cup oil
½ tsp. vanilla (optional)
Procedure
Sift flour, baking powder, salt in large bowl.
Beat eggs in small bowl. Whisk in sugar, milk & oil.
Add wet to dry ingredients. Don’t over-mix!
Pour ½ cup batter on hot waffle iron.
